President's Message - February 2005
It is my pleasure to introduce our Special Edition 2005. The theme and focus of this month's publication is "Experts, Evidence and Analysis". In keeping with the OIAA's goals, we thought this area would yield extremely beneficial information and offer tools for our membership. We have had specialized articles provided and we are extremely grateful for their submissions. You will note this edition is expanded by 8 pages due to the overwhelming response for editorial contributions and advertising.
As well, the theme is kept constant as it ties in with our Claims 2005 Conference which is also held this month. We have an incredible slate of speakers bringing you extensive presentations. These speakers and their presentations are captured for you on pages 38 & 39. I would like to thank each of these individuals for their participation in making Claims 2005 a wonderful success.
This event is extremely successful and very well attended. It is a large event to organize. I would like to thank the Trade Show committee, Dorothy Lowry, Lee-Ann Vansteenkiste, Mike Cowan and Jackie Johnston-Schnurr for their efforts in making the event a pleasure to attend.
